Excess of 20 years Management experience, core experience is Oil & Gas, additionally I manage Projects in the areas of Mining & Minerals, Water Treatment and Materials Handling. Commissioning Management of Oil & Gas infrastructure including Well Heads and Pipelines is where I can further contribute to delivering a successful Project. A leader that has drive and enthusiasm to bring Projects to a successful completion, a collective and collaborative management approach is my style. Experience in the Project and Construction Management of EPC and EPCM Projects as the Client or Contractor representative. Providing a hands on approach with leadership of Project teams, strengths lay with Project and Construction Management of the Project teams and work force, ensuring that all the obligations of Health, Safety, Environment, Schedule, Quality and Budget are complied with and achieved, budget targets are met and schedules are adhered to. Comprehensive exposure to compilation and structured management of Interface agreements both formal and informal. Experience in Contract and Specification review and understanding including analysis of requirements, composition and structure of contractual commitments. Expertise and experience needed so that Projects are completed Safely,(one project alone achieved Nineteen Million Man-hours without a Loss Time Injury) adhere to Schedule/Program and Budget is maintained without compromising Safety the Environment or Quality. Experience closing out of Projects including Lessons Learnt, demobilisation, rehabilitation and monitoring during the defects liability period.
