As I reflect on my career path so far, I'm filled with a sense of pride and excitement for the future. My journey has been one of continuous growth and learning, and I'm grateful for the opportunities that have come my way. After completing my education, I dove headfirst into the professional world, starting as an Assistant to the Owner at Alpha Crew Group in Odessa, Ukraine. This early experience taught me the value of hard work and attention to detail, as I supported the day-to-day operations of the company. My next role was as the Co-Chief Executive Officer at Blockchain Ninja Agency in London, where I had the chance to hone my leadership and strategic planning skills. It was a thrilling time, as we navigated the rapidly evolving blockchain landscape and worked to deliver cutting-edge solutions to our clients. More recently, I transitioned into the retail industry, taking on the position of Retail Sail Manager at Microchip Technology Inc. in Kyiv City, Ukraine. This role allowed me to leverage my expertise in time management and global delivery, as I worked to optimize sales and customer service processes. Now, I am excited to embark on my latest adventure as the Partnerships Manager at Collective Forecast in Vilnius, Lithuania. In this role, I will be leveraging my strong background in construction management and time management to build strategic partnerships and drive business growth. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about the work I do and committed to constantly improving my skills. I am proud of the progress I have made, and I look forward to the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. With a focus on excellence and a desire to make a meaningful impact, I am confident that I will continue to grow and succeed in my chosen field.
