I am a dedicated and accomplished leader with over 20 years of experience in various material and supply chain management roles in contract manufacturing and automotive industry. During these years I have gathered many experiences, I built up strong problem solving and leadership skills coping with several challenges given by the continuously changing economical and geographical environment. Beside visioning future mission and strategies I am very good at translating them into operative activities while creating, adapting and aligning process with defining key measurements of operation. My personal philosophy is that assertive and transparent communication is one of the strongest powers in business life, while translating data into clear and valuable information is the driver of good ideas, decisions and success. I strongly believe that sharing knowledge, training and coaching, building good team spirit and trustful working environment can lead organizations to great achievements and continuous improvement. I am looking for new challenges in my career, growing in my profession either with broader responsibilities or in consulting.
