I am a Certified Information Technology Professional, with 3+ years of industry experience, backed with five years of experience in Sales and Customer Service. I currently Possess the CompTIA Network+ Certification and am Currently working towards the CompTIA Security+ I am also a Certified AutoCAD Drafter. I currently work for Sunray Technology Ventures, Inc. as a Network Operations Technician. This position has given me the opportunity to become proficient in the Configuration, Installation, and Management of Enterprise Networking Technologies such as; Cisco Routers and Switches, Ruckus and Aruba Enterprise WLAN Solutions, Hp Procurve, Nomadix, RG Nets, and Fortigate. During my tenure with this company, I have demonstrated the capability to solve complex technical problems and provide outstanding Customer Service. For previous employers, I have written Scripts and small applications to automate various web administration tasks using the Open-Source Selenium API. I am particularly proud of this accomplishment because I sought out a solution to a complex problem on my own initiative within my first 90 days of employment.
