As someone who has been in the customer service industry for a few years now, I have enhanced and elaborated my customer service approach and interactions. Stress only improves my performance, and I find that I work best under pressure. I am dependable, and enjoy positions where I can take responsibility. My experience in the medical field has given me an empathetic and urgent mindset which helps me make the best out of any situation thrown at me.
