With acquired expertise over the years in financial management I have contributed immensely in implementing various programs within the available budget without compromising the quality and quantity of anticipated outcome of the projects. Being well versed with the social sector compliance requirements my approach is grounded in a deep understanding of not only my organizational needs but also those of the Donor partners involved in the multifarious programs enabling me to implement effective solutions that drive meaningful change and ensure adherence to social sector regulations. My academic background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Education Post Graduate Diplomas in Software Engineering Programming & Management and a Doctorate in Physics. This diverse foundation supports my leadership in managing complex projects and teams. Starting my career as a Principal in Uttarakhand and later as a Trainee Scientist at ARIES I joined Katha in 2000 as a Project Coordinator. I have since held various leadership roles including Director of Operations where I played a key role in shaping strategies that significantly impacted the education and upliftment of underserved communities nationwide.
