I am a passionate entrepreneur, former professional footballer and a hobby coffee-planter with over a decade of experience in the sports industry. After earning my BE in Mechanical Engineering in 2012, I discovered that football was my true calling and went on to play professionally for South United FC, representing Karnataka State and Bengaluru district squads as a forward from 2012 to 2016. My journey in sports evolved as I transitioned to the management side, joining JSW Bengaluru Football Club’s operations team. I was fortunate to lead the grassroots development program at Bengaluru FC, where, alongside an incredible team, we turned the BFC Soccer Schools into a sustainable venture, fostering young talent and helping build a strong grassroots sports community. In December 2021, I co-founded SPRENTZO Sports Pvt. Ltd. along with Piyush Jain, a community-driven platform that makes premium sports and fitness gear accessible and affordable for all. At SPRENTZO, we’re reimagining how India connects with sports by integrating gear rentals, experiential commerce, and community building. Just like I have my own story, I believe every athlete, in every sport, has theirs waiting to be told. At SPRENTZO, we’re here to bring those stories to life by empowering a million people to play! one game, one gear at a time.
