Expertise includes: Managing student accommodations and hostels, ensuring high operational standards. Coordinating reservations and guest services. Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints with a client-first approach. Supervising events and marketing campaigns to enhance guest experiences. Since 2022, I’ve also worked as an independent Training Specialist in the tourism, hospitality, and accommodation sectors. I design and deliver practical training programs tailored to front office operations, customer service, marketing strategies, and administrative support—preparing trainees for real-world challenges and career growth. Currently, I serve as the Business Development Manager at Fluent Adventure, where I lead strategic initiatives to expand into new markets, form key partnerships, and develop innovative programs in language learning and international internships.
