I love to influence change. This can be in the form of business growth and development, driving cultural change, building teams, stakeholder management and service delivery. A values driven professional, finding a strong sense of purpose in my work is important, as is having the ability to actively contribute and provide input that is valuable to the organisation I work for. I enjoy developing a deep understanding of a business, identifying its challenges and contributing to strategic plans to improve performance, people and financial outcomes. And most of all, I enjoy success! Effective communication is a passion of mine. How we communicate with internal and external stakeholders is critically important to success, and I enjoy coaching others to improve their communication. Branding and marketing walks hand in hand with effective communication and I am confident to drive marketing initiatives tailored to individual business needs. Throughout my career I have made many strong connections with people at all levels of business. I value these connections and the opportunities I have had to collaborate with a range of professionals. I enjoy learning from others and understanding individual drivers and motivators that help people succeed. These skills combined with a strong work ethic and a natural commercial mindset have allowed me to be very successful in the fields of sales and business development, strategic planning, marketing and communications and culture and organisational change.
