I have been involved in facilitating change for most of my 20+ year career, with organizations as they transition to different systems, cultures, or structures; teams as they change leaders, develop and improve; and people as they move to different leadership roles or careers. The delivery channels include coaching, team building, learning design/delivery, process improvement, and change management. I have been recognized for my ability to innately understand people's needs in the midst of change as well as the creation and delivery of tools that can be used to assist them in their transitions.
