With almost 6 years of experience in the ICT industry, holding several different positions, from being a System Support Analyst and now System Analyst providing a well-balanced understanding of business relationships at all levels until final solution release. Strong experience in all phases of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using Waterfall, Agile/Scrum and Software Testing Life Cycle. I am Analytical, methodical and resourceful in my approach to problem solving and providing corrective actions to meet business requirements.
