As a Programme Officer at the EU Mobility Programme for Myanmar (EMPM), I am dedicated to advancing higher education mobility and collaboration across ASEAN. My work centres on managing scholarship operations under the ASEAN Physical Mobility scheme, liaising closely with host universities and awardees. In parallel, I contribute to event coordination, data management, communication, and documentation, all in compliance with EU standards. Previously, as a Programme Assistant at the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), I contributed to strengthening German-Indonesian academic relations through educational consulting, event coordination, and stakeholder engagement. My experience includes moderating educational events, facilitating matchmaking visits between universities in Germany and Indonesia, and providing comprehensive guidance on DAAD scholarship opportunities. This role sharpened my organisational, intercultural, and communication skills within an international education framework. Additionally, as a Linguistic Editor for DeepL, I specialise in translating and refining complex content, ensuring linguistic accuracy and contextual relevance across diverse audiences. With a Bachelor's degree in German Literature and fluency in Indonesian, English, and German, I bring a distinctive nuance of language proficiency and educational expertise to foster international academic collaborations.
