I am a passionate and optimistic professional with a commitment to human development and education. Having completed my post-graduation in MSc Human Development and Childhood Studies from Lady Irwin College University of Delhi I bring a deep understanding of child development disabilities early childhood care and education. My academic foundation is complemented by my undergraduate degree in Home Science (Honours) with a specialization in Human Development and Childhood Studies. I thrive in dynamic roles where I can take up responsibilities and contribute meaningfully. My journey is enriched with experiences in leadership and collaborative initiatives including being part of the Students' Association Eco Club NSS Unit and the founding batch of the Entrepreneurship Cell at Lady Irwin College. I also served as a Discipline Council Member during my school years at Sanskriti School honing my organizational and leadership skills. My professional and academic experiences are grounded in practical exposure gained through internships and field visits to esteemed institutions like the Blind Relief Association Salaam Baalak Trust Central Adoption Resource Authority (CARA) and Special Olympics Bharat among others. These opportunities have expanded my insights into the functioning and impact of organizations dedicated to child welfare special education and family services. I have also undertaken a Master’s dissertation focusing on the role of family support groups and services in the development and education of children with disabilities reflecting my dedication to inclusive practices and advocacy for disability rights. With skills in classroom management early childhood education communication content creation and disability awareness I am committed to driving meaningful change and fostering growth in diverse communities. Currently I am a Learning Mentor at Healthy Planet where I continue to make an impact in the education sector. I aim to collaborate with like-minded individuals and organizations to advance the fields of education special needs care and human development.
