I would describe myself as a committed, driven woman with a talent for solving complex issues. Honesty is highly valued by me and I am convinved that my sincere approach swiftly leads me to the core of a problem. Working independently in a team, with a variety of tasks and responsibilities, gives me satisfaction and a lot of energy. I like to think about how processes and results can be improved and I am not afraid to take initiative in this, without losing quality or structure. In my spare time I enjoy yoga, fitness, making music (solo and in a band), and reading - from fiction to newspapers.
