I have always considered myself a technologically talented, patient and resourceful individual with a knack for listening to others, be it learning from their wisdom or hearing their issues and working towards a successful resolution. I live for a challenge, and the desire to help others in any facet I can. If there is one thing I have learned in over 10 years working with small businesses, it's that, whether you are striving to provide excellent customer service or manage any size or scale of technological infrastructure, you always need the ability to be malleable. As such, I pride myself on being someone who is not sedentary, who is willing to go and to learn and to adapt myself to new ideas and new technologies, but who tempers that desire with the understanding that new does not always translate to better results.
