As a Co-Founder at Deliveryman-om, I leverage my civil engineering background and my skills in customer relationship management (CRM), Risk management and digital marketing to provide innovative and customized delivery solutions for various clients in the market. I have over 5 years of experience in this role, and I am passionate about creating value and solving problems for both customers and delivery partners. Prior to Deliveryman-om, I worked as a Commercial Director at Jufa Foods, where I managed the sales and marketing operations for the company, and as an Account Representative and Coordinator at One Click Delivery Services, where I handled multiple accounts and coordinated the delivery process. Through these experiences, I developed strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, as well as a keen understanding of the delivery industry and its challenges and opportunities. I also hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Coventry University, and certifications in Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google, Critical Thinking Skills from Middle East College, and Customer Relationship Management from HP LIFE.
