It has always been a dream to become outstanding within my chosen field and work for national or multinational institution that offers opportunities for advancement.I had the opportunity to work for Alsale Services Limited an IT oriented organisation as a Service Personnel. With the help of the manager of the department i been successful in assisting in the management of the department,where i was responsible for preparing budget for the year,preparing of statutory payments such as VAT, P.A.Y.E and our tax liability for the organisation. I was also responsible for monthly reconciliation,preparing of payroll and monthly management report. I also established a good control system of checking account receivables by ensuring that all daily customer payments are correctly entered into exact customer account against an invoice or prepayment in the company software thereby having accurate customer balances to aid reconciliation and also for checking sales made to customers by designing a Cost Benefit Analysis Form to monitor the profitability of each sale made.
