As an alumni from Metropolitan State University of Denver, School of HEaT (Hotel, Event and Tourism), I have a passion for people and a desire to always learn new things. I strive to deliver customer service that not only meet guests' expectations, but over exceed them and leave them wanting more. I am also an excellent team player with leadership skills, very used to work under a lot of pressure and to deliver on time. As cliché as it is; I don't like hospitality, I am hospitality.
