With extensive experience from the HR area, I have developed and streamlined processes in several organizations. I have experience from both HR and payroll as well as system within the areas. With background from various roles in the HR area, often with extensive responsibility, I have a business-related and deep understanding of how to successfully solve challenges and how to best discuss questions and opinions from end users, decision-makers and other stakeholders. Through responsiveness and cooperation, I build trust and reach set goals and results. My curiosity and analytical attitude mean that I quickly get in and solve problems in a long-term and sustainable way. I am often told that I am a good partner and as the cost conscious person I am, I always have your sustainable results in focus.
