I have over 15 years of experience in Information Technology, with IT Services and Internet Service Provider. Currently working in the Education sector Qatar Foundation Doha-Qatar as a Senior Service Desk Engineer (IT Infrastructure Engineer) through MEEZA Subcontractor HCL. I am one of the recipients of the prestigious ‘Best of best Performance Staff’ award during my career with HCL. I am currently part of the IT section (Service Operations & Support) of 10 IT professionals reporting directly to the Service Desk Manager. My strengths and proven success has been in the fields of Information Security, Service Management, and IT GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance). The experience at the MEEZA, together with highly recognized IT Certifications and qualifications, the IT knowledge and skills acquired over the period, has given me the privilege of being a strong Senior Service Desk Engineer within MEEZA – Information Technology.
