I am a courageous, tenacioius, and authentic executive leader, committed to ethical leadership, good governance, social justice, and community causes. My professional life and energy has been directed towards social and humanitarian causes, and an enduring commitment to volunteering and charitable support. I do not resile from challenging unfairness and inequity whatever the source, and will fight to defend what is right and just in any situation. I have made a lifetime study of organisations, leadership, and strategy to understand the differentiators between what does and does not work in different sectors, cultures, and contexts. My management and leadership is authentic, analytical, and outcome-focussed. I have formal academic qualifications in sociology, criminology, business, and public policy, and professional qualifications in governance and leadership.
