I have strong background of cancer cell biology. I have profound experience in handling variety of mammalian cell lines and development of a range of cell based assays (Bioassay), Ligand binding assays, ELISA, Flow cytometry based assay. I have worked on projects that involved isolation, characterization and culturing of cancer stem cells as well as establishment of primary cultures. I have hands on experience in developing 3D skin cultures and generation of monoclonal antibodies using Hybridoma Technology. My recent assignments involve lot release assay development, various bioassay like CDC, ADCC, ligand binding ELISA, SPR based method development and qualification (End to end Biocharacterization) of various Biosimilars. I am involved in CSV activity as well as quality and system improvement. I am interested in development of affordable biotherapeutics.
