An established HR practitioner with broad based HR experience from several Global MNCs & Large Scale Complex Local Organisation with roles focused on managing both Strategic & Operational HR activities. In the course of my work, I have supported organisational transformations for business model change, market expansion & scaling for rapid business growth across the footprint of Global & APAC countries where I had the opportunity to learn & practise some of the best in class HR disciplines. My broad base exposure has enabled me to support Menarini in the transformation of its APAC’s distribution business model to direct marketing, restructuring of ST Engineering from a multi-sector business model to a one ST engineering organisation and the strategic relocation of Samsonite Brands’ APAC regional office from HK to Singapore. My close partnerships with top senior leaders on these initiatives culminated in charting the people talent strategy and go-to-market road maps. I have also taken up global & regional HR business partnering roles where I worked extensively on developing appropriate HR policies, employee engagement, M&A activities, benefit integration, policy harmonisation, DEI, Tripartite agenda for ExxonMobil, Menarini, Schneider Electric, ST Engineering & Samsonite Brands. I have a strong motivation for leadership & team success, fuelled by my personal desire in giving passionately to the organisations I work for. My implementation of appropriate flexible policies was intentional to drive deep employee engagements; hence a clear testament to commitment to excellence and innovation. With a clear strategic approach, enabled everyone to bring their whole selves to work, fostering an environment where trust, empathy and understanding pave the way for exceptional performance. The intentional switch of the HR generalist model into an international global center of excellence at ST Engineeing has been a significant milestone, supporting the pivotal business growth of the group’s global engineering business. In this journey, my analytical skills, creative ideation & leadership judgements have been employed & was instrumental in driving change and cultivating a dynamic, future-ready culture. My tenure here has also fortified my ability to navigate through large scale complex organisational transformations, M&A activities that spearheaded leadership renewal initiatives. These innovative & thought leadership efforts have enabled me an edge in progressing my HR career where I was recognised & rewarded for my distinctive contributions.
