With 13+ years’ experience in renewable energy project construction, 9+ years in E&M Project Engineering and scheduling in hydropower projects. Successfully led the E&M installation work (double-regulated Kaplan turbines) across three distinct hydropower projects (2.8MW, 4.4MW, and 6.5MW). Facilitated seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams by sharing progress updates and communicating recruitment, cash flow, and resourcing needs to ensure continuity in the scheduled E&M scope to meet deadlines. Experienced in managing vendor and civil contractor delays through negotiating with the civil teams by sharing schedule risk updates to ramp up resources for critical project activities to moderate delay impact on the E&M work schedule. Delivered five successful 1MW ground-mounted greenfield solar power projects. Engaged as a Project management consultant for three months up to 2024 Jan, to a significant utility-scale solar power project developer with a cumulative project capacity of 43MW in the pipeline (BOO) while pursuing a Master of Project Management at The University of Adelaide.
