I am a dedicated sales personnel with over 2 years of experience in a business development role. My role involves generation and qualification of leads, telesales, email marketing, cold and warm calling/visits, product sourcing/quotation, appointment setting, follow up, customer management/retention and sales closure. I am focused, solution-driven and most importantly customer-centered. When I am not selling, I am researching. I am a Microbiology graduate with research interest in antimicrobial resistance study, biofuels, biofilms, environmental management. My focus is in the use of microorganisms to produce metabolites and products essential for human life. I have a B.Sc in Microbiology and M.Sc. in Industrial Microbiology. I am eager to contribute to research and projects that provides solution to quality life.
