My passion for Human Resources stems from my belief in putting people first and creating a team-oriented culture where everyone has a voice and feels valued. I enjoy working with diverse and dynamic teams across different departments and countries and supporting them with the best tools and resources. I am always eager to learn new skills, explore new challenges, and contribute to the company's success. I am proud to be part of Wave Mobile Money, a company transforming how people send and receive money in Africa. As an HR Generalist at Wave Mobile Money, I have managed various aspects of HR systems and mobility, including global remote onboarding, US and Canada payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS. My current role in HR Tech has allowed me to grow my project management skills, data analysis, vendor contract negotiations, and maintaining and implementing new HR technology for our ever-growing team. With over six years of experience in HR and business operations, I have developed strong skills in HRIS, payroll, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and end-to-end project management and implementation.
