I’m a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) with over a decade of progressive experience in human resources leadership across diverse sectors including social services, retail, technology, and professional services. Currently serving as a Human Resources Lead at S.U.C.C.E.S.S, one of Canada’s largest social service agencies, I lead a team of HR professionals in delivering strategic and operational HR solutions that support over 500 employees. My career has been defined by my ability to bridge strategy with execution—whether it's leading organization-wide performance management and compensation programs, driving HRIS and digital transformation initiatives, or advising senior leaders on workforce planning and employee relations. I bring a systems-thinking mindset shaped by a multidisciplinary academic background in business, social sciences, liberal arts, and urban studies, and I’m currently expanding my expertise through executive education in Digital Transformation Management at Simon Fraser University. I’m passionate about building inclusive, high-performing workplaces and empowering others through mentorship and community engagement.
