I am Miklei V•••, a Geological Engineer with experience and a passion for safety and quality in the construction industry. I began my career as an engineer in a construction laboratory, where I gained in-depth knowledge of materials and testing that support construction projects. After three years of hands-on experience, where I contributed to technical analysis and quality assurance, I transitioned into a leadership role as a QHSE Manager (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment). In my current role, I am responsible for managing and implementing policies and procedures related to safety, health, and environmental protection, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for all employees and stakeholders. I lead the development of strategies to minimize risks and oversee safety practices in large-scale construction projects. Throughout this journey, I have developed strong skills in risk management, team leadership, and tackling complex challenges in construction. I am dedicated to ensuring a safe, productive environment for my team and delivering the best results for clients and the projects I am involved in.
