Real estate sales consultant based in Niseko, Japan. 7+ years in the local property market, spanning management, consulting, and sales. Early experience managing 100+ properties built a strong foundation in operations and client relations. The past 3+ years, I’ve transitioned to sales and development consulting, working with clients and developers to generate strong sales leads and to deliver successful projects. A believer in the cliché that "all work and no play" makes one dull, I try to spend my time outside of the workday exploring the mountains, rivers, back roads and beaches of Hokkaido - an incredible playground I am lucky to call home. I am also co-founder, board member, and Head of Marketing for the Niseko Area Mountain Bike Association (NAMBA). This nonprofit organization is on the trail towards transforming Niseko into a world class mountain bike destination.
