I'm B••• Ronald, a proactive and hands-on electrical and electronics engineer with a passion for leveraging technology to make a positive impact on a society,with a (Bachelor of engineering in electrical and electronics ) from Mbarara University of Science and Technology i have honed my skills in various areas, including power systems, digital signal processing, AutoCAD Electrical design, machine operations, maintainance engineering, installation and design,Control system design. my journey as an electrical and electronics engineer has been enriched by diverse experiences, from conducting general routine maintenance and inspection on electrical equipment. During my internship at JohnVince Engineering company limited, I gained hands on experience in machine operations, installation of power cables and transformers, residential house wiring and fritzing software, This practical exposure strengthen my problem solving abilities and ability to collaborate affectively within cross functional teams. Beyond my technical skills, I possess strong communication and presentation abilities allowing me to convey complex engineering concepts in an easily understandable manner. my commitment to continuous learning is evident through the certification i have earned such as solar PV direct systems, writing skills for engineering leaders and Electrical utilities fundamentals, Among others. As a bilingual professional proficient in English, Luganda, and Runyankole, I embrace diversity and value the importance of effective communication in a globalized world. I find joy in contributing to my community as demonstrated by involvement in the world Engineering day my involvement in (MUESA) Mbarara University engineering student association at Mbarara University of Science and Technology. I am eager to take on new challenges and leverage my skills to contribute to innovative projects that drive technology advancement and benefit society.
