As a dedicated project team lead, I currently oversee the Sierra Leone Economic Diversification Project, working with various teams, including staff, trainees, focal persons, experts, consultants, and interns. My goal is to ensure successful project delivery within budget and on schedule. Previously, I served as the deputy team lead on this project, which supports SMEs and startups through capacity building and matching grants. In my current role as team lead, I manage all project activities, including planning, coordination, reporting, implementation, issue resolution, and compliance. I have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments. I thrive in challenging settings where I can leverage my project management skills to drive innovation, streamline processes, and achieve project goals efficiently.
