I am an HR Solutions Client Partnership Lead with leadership experience in both the private and public sectors. I have a proven ability to connect people’s growth with business success, with a focus on clarity, collaboration, and sustainable development – values that underpin the long-term success of any organization. My earlier background includes HR leadership roles where I served as HR Manager and executive team member in a real estate company with more than 1,500 employees. I led an 18-member team that included HR, marketing, internal communications, and customer service. Through the introduction of new technologies and process improvements, we strengthened data management, streamlined employment procedures, and improved internal communication. Employee satisfaction remained consistently high – above 60% – supported by structured processes and a strong organizational culture. Later, in the City of Tallinn organization, I managed a team of five HR business partners across six departments and their subordinate institutions. Alongside leadership, I also stepped in as an HR business partner when needed – supporting colleagues and advising department heads. Under my guidance, collaboration between managers and HR partners deepened, and the role of HR partnership became more clearly defined and valued. In addition to my leadership roles, I am a mentor and a supporter of new HR professionals, helping them build confidence and develop their expertise. This experience has given me a comprehensive perspective on aligning people’s potential with strategic objectives. My strength lies in creating conditions where individuals can use their strengths, grow professionally, and deliver results.
