My many years of experience in a setting of higher education, both in the United States and in Armenia, and my academic background in Educational Administration, helps me understand and work well within complex changes and challenges that the universities face from time to time, exercising an appropriate mix of creativity and discipline, initiative and responsiveness to institutional needs. I recognize the constant need for the universities to define new standards, and to inspire a high and new level of professionalism. I am logical and analytical in my approach, while courteous and respectful to everybody I interact with.
