With over 10 years of experience in communication, research, and project management, I am passionate about advancing education, innovation, and social justice through my work at CARDET. As the Head of Communications and Advocacy, I lead a team of professionals who design and implement effective communication and dissemination strategies for various projects and programs, reaching diverse audiences and stakeholders across Europe and beyond. I also coordinate policy analysis and advocacy activities, leveraging my MA in Political Communication and my skills in grant writing and business strategy. I have contributed to multiple publications, reports, and proposals on topics such as civic education, digital literacy, migration, and gender equality. I enjoy working collaboratively with a dynamic and multicultural team, and I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new challenges.
