Naina Cuturic Knezevic was born on 17 October 1991, in Pljevlja, Montenegro. She graduated Gymnasium Tanasije Pejatovic, in Pljevlja. She graduated from the Faculty of Administrative and European Studies in 2013 and finished her post-graduate studies in 2014, with the average grade of 9.00. She is currently a master student of the programme of State and Legal Studies at the Faculty of Administrative and European Studies. During her studies, she attended the School of Rhetoric, headed by the professor Radovan Radonjic, as well as the School of Interpersonal Skills, organized by the Faculty of Administrative and European Studies. She took part in organizing numerous seminars, conferences, events. She has an ECDL certificate, as well as an Internal Verifier certificate ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001. Naina was a student of The Hague Academy for Local Governance, within MATRA programme, and she has attended numerous trainings in the fields of administrative action, project writing, science research infrastructure, and metrology. She worked as a certification manager, coordinator for monitoring the election process, a student demonstrator in the Nomotechnics course, and is currently engaged as a legal consultant on the MONUSEN project. Naina has great organizational and leadership skills, communication and negotiation skills, focus on innovation, improvement and achievement of goals, the ability to analyze and find solutions in order to improve work, high level of independence and self-initiative, responsibility i reliability, creativity. Enjoys team work and has respect for mutual agreements, terms, deadlines and obligations.
