At SES, my primary role involves steering the Tulkarem Wastewater Collection system project, funded by USAID, towards successful completion. This involves meticulous management of the site inspectors team and ensuring all construction activities adhere to the approved standards and specifications. Our collective efforts are focused on integrating stakeholder requirements into the construction process, which is essential for the sustainability and effectiveness of the infrastructure. Utilizing my PMP certification, I oversee the technical execution of complex water infrastructure projects. My competencies include quality assurance, review of shop drawings and contractor submittals, and proactive stakeholder engagement. The goal is to advance sustainability in water management projects, ensuring they meet both the immediate needs and the long-term objectives of the communities they serve.
