Degree in Biological Sciences and a Masters in Ecology and Evolution. After my Master's, I was approved as a Trainee at the main credit fintech in Brasil. That's when you might be wondering: how did a biologist with 6 years of academia end up in the corporate world, working with sales? Communication, critical thinking and project development. These are the main skills I developed at the University, as a researcher, and were essential for me to stand out among thousands of people during the selection process. Not to mention, of course, that I really enjoy studying - while other people wanted to reproduce sales techniques, I wanted to understand how the consumer's mind works according to neuroscience. The result was my promotion in just 9 months after being hired. This brief summary is to tell you that: I learn. My academic-corporate trajectory complements each other, and is the difference I offer to the environments I work in.
