I am passionate about education, youth development, and national defence. Currently, I work as Deputy Head Manager at Noored Kotkad (Estonian Defence League), where I help lead a youth organization that builds civic responsibility, teamwork, and national defence readiness. Prior to this, I was the Lead Consultant for National Defence Education at the Estonian Defence Resources Agency, developing modern curricula and teacher support systems to strengthen defence education in schools across Estonia. I hold a Master’s degree in Foreign Language Teaching from the University of Tartu, with a focus on English and Estonian language learning, curriculum design, and intercultural communication. I also have a Bachelor’s in English Language and Literature. With over four years of experience as a language teacher and translator, I’ve worked with learners of all ages—from preschoolers to adults—at schools such as Neeme Kool, Tartu Kristjan Jaak Petersoni Gümnaasium, and others. As a translator at Luisa Translation Agency, I worked across Spanish, English, and Estonian on a wide range of topics. I’ve also held leadership and customer service roles, including team leader at SA Õpilasmalev and senior customer service rep at Dorpat Hotel. I’m also a trained paramedic and regularly participate in military exercises as a combat medic, bringing together my skills in emergency response, teamwork, and resilience. My core strengths include language teaching, translation, communication, curriculum design, and collaborative problem-solving. I strongly believe in modern, engaging approaches to education, and I’m always looking to grow through new challenges and meaningful work with diverse teams.
