I'm an Implementation Manager, carrying customers from Sales to full integration. Previously, I was a Customer Support Specialist, performing creative tasks related to Customer Communications, Technical Writing, and Customer Support; Customer Account Management and Database Administration; Business Development, Inbound/ Outbound Leads; User Experience, Product Demos and Training Tools. I go where I'm needed and get the job done. In my previous work as a consultant specializing in technical writing for organizational and development research, I contracted with Mississippi Development Authority, Mississippi Main Street, Mississippi Arts Commission, Historic Hattiesburg Downtown Association, Orion Group, the City of Hattiesburg and Mt. Auburn Associates, a North Carolina economic development firm. Nonprofit administration, strategic planning, funding, project management and event coordination are all areas in which I have excelled in my career. As Director-Liaison of the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute, a community-based learning-in-retirement program at the University of Southern Mississippi, I worked closely with USM's Provost and VP of Development and the OLLI National Resource Center, striving constantly to offer the best possible experience to each of our 500 members. With assistance from a small staff, I coordinated all facets of operations, from long-term vision planning to daily crisis management. I created nonprofit organizational and board growth strategies, oversaw curriculum development of over 200 annual offerings, managed registration, enrollment and payments for memberships. As the Institute's authority over all financial activity, I managed a $1 million dollar endowment, working closely with the USM Foundation. Previous arts-based projects include Line Producer for the feature film "Blackbird"​ and Alterations Seamstress for Sundance's "Hap and Leonard."​ As a labor of love, I continue to help individual artists with career development, and provide organizational support to non-profits that benefit my community.
