What inspires me the most is working with people. Finding solutions and treating people equally in every situation motivates me and keeps me satisfied with my work. I enjoy learning new things, I'm flexible with changes. I have a strong sense of urgency, initiative and competitive drive to get things done, with emphasis on working with and through people in the process. Sometimes I'm impatient for results and with details and routines, but always venturesome “doer” and decision-maker who can also delegate responsibility and authority when necessary. I'm outgoing and extroverted, I learn and react quickly. Able to adapt quickly to change and variety in the work, I might become impatient and less effective if required to work primarily with repetitive routines and details.
