I have worked as Deputy Staff Officer (Admin) at the Department of Rural Development under the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation for nearly six years (Jan,2015 to Jul,2021). I'm officially resigned in Deputy Staff Officer. As a result, I had administration experiences, problems solving, staff training in development field, I have experience of working closely with a wide range of civil society actors, including CSOs, NGOs, INGO. And I also attended Project Cycle Management (PCM). I have two years experience in Grievance Handling Mechanism for problem solving. I attended in social research course. I’m also preparing to conduct a research increase in domestic violence during this crisis. I worked in Dec 2021 to Nov 2023 as Admin & HR Assistant in Plastic & chemical Local company.
