Holding a diverse professional background of 20 years in managing people, developing teams and lines of business in multinational and local financial companies, in 2019 I started ELEVATED, a new business focused on managerial consultancy in the international brokerage industry, and also, I began working on various projects with Romanian technological startups. As a management consultant, I have worked with international brokerage firms such as Admirals (the former Estonian-based Admiral Markets), one of the most popular European retail brokerage houses, assisting the Company's Board of Directors in the Sales Management of a network comprised of 18 countries, across the continents. At the moment, I hold a Country Manager role in the Admirals Romanian subsidiary, and also I supervise the Company's activity on the Hungarian market. During the previous 7 years, before 2019, I have worked within XTB, the biggest brokerage house in CEE, and the fourth largest stock exchange-listed brokerage house in the world. Throughout this period spent in XTB, 5 years I successfully coordinated the Romanian branch of the company, while at the beginning of my career there, I coordinated the Sales department. During my tenure, XTB Romania’s team registered the most dynamic portfolio increase up to that date, when compared to similar local players and across XTB Group. Before XTB, I had mostly an entrepreneurial background, ranging from coordinating ING bank and insurance franchises to being a partner in a mediation and debt recovery firm. My practical experience spans over an array of domains such as: Sales & Sales Management Strategic Marketing Planning Digital Marketing Trading & Analysis Budgeting & Financial Management Business Analysis Corporate Communication Training HR Legal & Compliance, with broad coverage across industries such as Capital Markets, FinTech, Banking, Insurance, Debt Recovery, BPO.
