Over the past 20+ years, I have acquired extensive experience in designing business development strategies, leading process improvement initiatives, and directing legal/policy analyses to facilitate the development and launch of a wide range of workforce performance management and safety solutions. This experience – coupled with my strategic leadership and relationship management skills – has enabled me to develop cohesive, performance-driven cultures across multiple business units while cultivating relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders (including clients, C-level leadership, third-party vendors, and world-renowned experts) to strategically position products and drive sales in competitive markets. A few of my achievements include: Generating significant cost savings for Cricadian’s litigation support business unit by conducting group training sessions on best practices for analyzing industrial and transportation accidents due to human error. Improving morale, proficiency, and cohesiveness across multiple business units at Circadian while overseeing direct and indirect reports to ensure on-time delivery of client projects. Strengthening the quality of leads and the retention rate of the litigation support business unit at Circadian while establishing monthly speaking engagements as a new marketing strategy. Co-authoring over 10 peer-reviewed publications at Boston University School of Social Work, making meaningful contributions to the literature in the addiction and recovery and child development fields.
