Life Coach at Walk It Off

About

On the record

My professional career started o as a content writer in a start-up. By the time I finished my three years I was comfortable with marketing, digital marketing, social media, idea creation, and client coordination. When I felt I had enough knowledge in these skills I went back and joined my family business to give them a boost. The workings of a family business and a corporate job are extremely dierent. The family business taught me a number of soft skills like responsibility, leadership & communication. It also taught me basic sales & the power of convincing, skills I have found are important in any field today. When I got married, I was asked to join my husband's business and handle things there. I took up the role of a manager and was proud of the work I brought to the table. I realized my skill set is plug and play. It can fit in pretty much all the possible roles. As I continued my family business I felt a void in my passion. As if my potential was untapped. I decided to give my dream a chance and become a life coach. Despite being a new mom, I pushed hard and am proud to say that I finished three certifications to establish myself as a practicing life coach. Life coaching is an extremely satisfying profession. It gives you the chance to support others and yourself. It gives you a chance to grow continuously and adds value to others and your life. Training to become a life coach gives me a chance to be a teacher, trainer, motivator, and mentor. Needless to say, I love doing what I do.
