With over 16 years of work experience, I am a passionate and skilled Freelancer and I provide my services to companies/students who need their work be proofread, copy-edited. I also do translation in languages like French and English. I have a BSc in Biology and a background in aquaculture and molecular biology, which gives me a strong understanding of the biotechnology field and the needs of pharmacists. I have been consistently growing and learning with each and every posts I have occupied be it customer service - enhancing my communication skills with the clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the services I offered to them as an advisor, Project coordinator - it allowed me to develop qualities like leadership, working in collaboration with different teams/stakeholders, being polyvalent, being proficient in planning and report writing, become proactive whenever the situation demanded this quality, being a trainer - I was able to help my new colleagues to understand the job and to grow faster in the company, being a copy-editor - it helped me to become more attentive to details and proficient in writing. I may say I have been laborious and have gained lots of knowledge and lessons from each and every posts I have occupied. Today, as a freelancer, I want to serve more clients with all the knowledge, qualities and skills I have acquired throughout so many years of work.
