A few other notable accomplishments of which I am incredibly proud include: • Transforming an underperforming plant at Elastic Fabrics of America by documenting and standardizing key processes while reducing chemical usage, improving decision-making, and enhancing KPIs. • Improving the on-time rate from under 70% to 90%+ for a key customer at Dogi International Fabrics while reducing lead time by 7 days with the introduction of blind dyeing; reduced human errors from checking fabrics too soon with standardized dyeing process. • Demonstrating strong analytical abilities to collect data used to determine the root cause of issues and implement preventive or corrective actions at BTC Textiles. • Implementing Lean manufacturing concepts and tools across operations at Trischel Thulhiriya, ensuring 100% of team members completed training to understand how to conduct meetings, solve issues, utilize tools, and consider different points of view when solving production issues.
