Recently joined N26 Headquarters in Berlin as a Senior Compensation Lead, after completing a 5 year Regional P&R (Performance & Rewards) CoE stint at MUFG Bank APAC (Singapore) where I led the Performance Management Portfolio, in addition to managing / executing various Reward transformation initiatives and projects in the Bank for the Region, the most important being the year-end Annual Performance and Compensation Review. Prior to this, led the Performance & Rewards portfolio for MUFG Bank India (on a Pan-India basis) as part of the Regional Executive Office, Mumbai. Previously handled Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, HR Policies & Annual Manpower Cost Budgeting on a Pan-India level for Idea Cellular Ltd. in a Corporate HR stint and prior to that, a Rewards Consultant as part of Aon Hewitt's Compensation & Benefits Consulting Practice in India catering to the Banking & Financial Services Industry.(McLagan) Varied exposure in HR consulting as well as Line HR spans the HR Spectrum with experience gained in areas such as Compensation & Benefits Benchmarking, Annual Performance and Compensation Reviews, Governance, Pay Ranges Design, Variable Pay Design, Compensation Structuring, Organization Structure Design, Manpower Planning & Budgeting, Job Descriptions, Benefits Review & Design, Workday and Analytics.
