I am a Final Year Mechanical Engineering Student at University of Engineering and Technology Taxila. INTERNSHIPS I have done three internships at three different industries. 1-HEAVY MECHANICAL COMPLEX TAXILA During my 4-week internship at Heavy Mechanical Complex (HMC), Taxila, I gained hands-on experience in the manufacturing and maintenance of heavy industrial equipment. This opportunity allowed me to work closely with industry professionals, deepening my understanding of mechanical engineering principles in real world applications. I learned different techniques of welding like SMAG, SAW, GMAW, FCAW LASER Welding, MIG, TIG,Learning about quality control and precision in machining and Understanding maintenance protocols for industrial machinery. 2-KOHINOOR TEXTILE MILLS LIMITED RAWALPINDI During my internship at Kohinoor Textile Mills, Rawalpindi, I had the opportunity to explore the integration of engineering principles within the textile manufacturing industry. where I primarily focused on power plant operations. During my time at KTML, I gained hands-on experience with Wärtsilä, Niigata, and Jenbacher engines, which are integral to the facility’s power generation system.This experience enhanced my knowledge of large scale power systems, energy efficiency, and machinery maintenance in industrial settings. 3- AL AKBARI HOUSE BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS (ONLINE) During my internship at Al Akbari House and Developers, where I gained experience in creating 2D drawings using CAD and SolidWorks. This role allowed me to refine my skills in technical drawing and design, contributing to the development of detailed plans for construction and engineering projects. UNIVERSITY AND SOCIETY In my university journey I joined Institution of Mechanical Engineers IMECHE UET Taxila Student Chapter,American society of Mechanical Engineering ASME for three years. In first year, I worked as general member, in 2nd year work as Executive Member of team Technical & Logistics and in 3rd year worked as Team Lead Team Technical & Logistics and Documentation.Also joined American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers ASHARE for one year. I have actively participated in several technical events, including the Abdul Kalam Design Competition, SOLIDWORKS Boot Camp, Automotive Workshop, International Reverse Engineering Workshops, and Speak Out for Engineers. Additionally, I have consistently excelled in my academic courses and semester design projects, demonstrating my commitment to both practical and theoretical aspects of engineering
