As a psychologist, I work as a consultant in qualitative market research. In simple terms, I help companies understand whether the products, services, and innovations they have in mind align with the needs of their consumers, clients, or employees. A job people often don't know anything about: my mother has always wondered what I do! I started in when YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok didn't exist yet, but since then I've been supporting companies like Google with market research and UX/UI studies, as digital is my passion. As a consultant, I began with Eurisko and Gpf, historic Italian agencies that no longer exist today. Currently, I work with Ipsos, Kantar, BVA Doxa, NIQ, and 20+ other market research companies, both in Italy and abroad, handling projects online or in-person, using various methodological approaches: focus groups, in-depth individual interviews, ethnography, netnography and social listening. Always been passionate about photography and video: I am a videomaker, I do direction and editing, I make stop motion videos. From a hobby it has also become a job: I have often been called upon to do ethnographic interviews with footage, to make video reports (films illustrating the results of research). In 2019, dissatisfied with the many existing platforms for managing online qualitative research projects, I founded @Sicché, which today is the leading platform in Italy, used by 40+ institutes and consulting firms to listen to the voice of costumers/clients/employees, in an easy and fast way.
