My career started in technology in 1997 and I have been designing, developing, and deploying enterprise systems for over two decades. My passion for leveraging technology to create positive outcomes for companies led to me co-founding a software consulting company in 2006. That business was successfully built from the ground-up and over 15 years grew to include teams of consultants that spanned the United States, South America, and Asia delivering solutions to customers across industry verticals including healthcare, energy, education, and finance. In 2019 the business was sold in a private acquisition by a managed services and hosting provider that was looking to add product innovation to their catalog of capabilities. We continued to see impressive growth post-acquisition and continued to expand our reach of clients and service offerings. I began my career as a developer, moved into an enterprise architecture role, and eventually moved into a VP role overseeing multiple teams of consultants delivering intelligent mobile, web, and integration applications along with engineering and deploying modern data analytics solutions. Along with a great deal of technical aptitude I bring a strong understanding of agile delivery processes and have a proven ability to build high performing delivery teams that have expertise at creating sophisticated software solutions. In my current role as CIO I am focused on using technology to enable our care teams to deliver the highest quality of care to our patients. In addition to being passionate about technology, I enjoy spending time with my wife and three children along with working on one of my seemingly endless car projects. I am a native of Nebraska and have a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Nebraska Omaha.
